Special instructions (online sessions):

  1. You must have an internet enabled computer / laptop with audio and video working. No phone or tablet login please.
  2. You must be ready online 5 minutes before the start time and must not leave before end time without prior agreement with the trainer.
  3. Your video must be on throughout the session.
  4. All sessions are mandatory to attend. If you miss a session, you can join the next batch. No mae up session will be given.
  5. Please wear loose and comfortable clothes. Do not wear shorts or body exposing clothes.
  6. Do not eat any solid food at least 2 and a half hours before the class. In case of non-vegetarian diet, the time gap must be at least 3.5 to 4 hrs.
  7. Sit in a well ventilated place.

Items to keep ready with you:

  1. Your personal yoga mat
  2. Big size beach towel
  3. Kleenex / tissue papers
